Rank up help PLEASE

So I really want a rank 2 6* but feel I dont have any worth it. Help me out. Between them all I’m thinkin either Gulk, Ms, or Hawkeye.

Give a reason why if you could. I have 9t5 basics and a basic 1-2 gem for 6*. It’s burning a hole in my pocket
