For a legend run is it exploring master and heroic and what is the cut off? Does it start from starting your first quest in heroic or master?

    Yes,the timer starts when you start the quest and ends when you have master and heroic 100%
    Im thinking about going for a run to but that first 100 get it is quite scare.

    You could do it,spend resources and end up not getting

    Cutoff is usually just below 3 hours I think. You have to 100% explore master and heroic in fastest time possible and timer starts when you first enter the quest in one of the difficulties.
    A legends run has to be attempted within first 2 weeks of the EQ to qualify.
