Cant connect using data

As in title - I cant get into the game unless I have access to wifi. Once into game I can switch to data and it works for a while but if I am away from my wifi connection then I cannot get in at all.

I reported this on the v25.0 discussion but it remains an issue on 25.1

Anyone else have this issue? Are kabam aware of this?

I use a Samsung a70. @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit

    Hey there, sorry to hear about this. I would recommend going through our troubleshooting steps for iOS or Android, depending on what kind of device you have.

    @Kabam Zibiit have gone through all of that thanks. Did a complete reinstall of the game. It just will not get past the "contest of champions" loading page and shows the connection issue icon in the bottom corner.
    I have no issues with any other app and no problem with my data provider - it must therefore be a problem with how then game interacts with the device. It commenced with v25 and I posted in the issues log at that time but had no response.

    I have a samsung a70 android phone running version 9 of the android software.

    That's interesting...

    I have the exact same phone and the exact same issue... only I've had the problem ever since I started using the phone in September.

    I did reinstall the game... it worked once then went back to not working.

    Of note is:

    - It actually brings up the loading screen as if trying to connect. If I have no connection at all it simply goes straight to the no connection screen.
    - If it disconnects for any reason while playing on data, it will attempt to reconnect for a while but ultimately does not.

    Thanks for the response - and verifying that it isnt just me being stupid!
    Regarding when the issue arose - you are right - I only got the phone recently myself so cant be sure that it ever worked.
    Have you tried using your phone as a tethering point and playing on another device? I have and that doesn't work either.

    What about your data speed? Is it fast enough to finish the loading?

    I am not an expert but Data speed doesn't seem to be an issue. I can watch Netflix and YouTube for example with no problem

    No fix has been provided just yet.

    I find this issue... odd, but pretty inconvenient.

    Very inconvenient for me, especially during the day. Not only is there no fix, but to my knowledge it hasn't been back by kabam either. Or has it @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Vydious ?

    I have this issue too. It's not all the time, but enough to be annoying. On an iphone 7.

    If you have VPN connected, disconnect it and try again.. might work after this...
