Maxing out champs

If i had a champion lvl 99 sig and got him again as a basic champ would that max him out?!!

    There’s different maxes. Max rank and max sig level. At sig 99, if you pull him again, you’ll get a “max sig crystal” which is usually double the shards from pulling a duplicate. Max rank is something you do yourself with iso, gold and catalysts. At sig 99 the champ is max sig already and pulling again won’t make him or her any stronger.

    I assume you are taking about 4*. Sig 99 is max for a 4* already. If you win the champ again as a basic in arena I am pretty sure you get nothing. You only get a max Crystal for getting a full dupe not a +1 basic dupe.

    What is the best way to max out a champs full potential value? Would it be to awaken and max sig before a full max rank up? I have always had this question and could not find a confirmed answer

    They are two completely different things. And max ranking a champ is much easier than max sig him. So always rank champs up you enjoy playing, or you need for content. And the sig levels will come in time.

    I am aware of what you mentioned but when I asked about value I mean the best way on how to maximize each champs highest possible number.

    Theres no magic order to do it. a general rule of thumb is that ranking will increase their strength, power, etc. MOST of the time sig increases utility, unless their sig affects their power. Either way, theres no magic order to it and it depends on the champ for if their sig is necessary

    I think no matter which question you’re really asking, the answer is probably always gonna be RANK him to Max (is 5/50 for a 4*) will give you better numbers as opposed to Dup'ing (and increasing Sig Level) instead.

    If asking what will get PI higher, Rank/Level max (ie, 5/50) is better than Sig Level (Dup and Sig 99).
    If asking what will get higher Attack/Health numbers, same, max out Rank/Level (is, 5/50).
    If asking what will perform better in a fight, same (9999 times out of 10000) is max out Rank/Level.
    Not sure there are other interpretations of what you’d want to know.
