Incursion question

Last night I was running an Incursion quest with an alliance member. We got to zone 9 in Sector 6 and i got stuck on a Cable. I went to go revive twice, which allowed me to do so. I attempted to revive once more with Cable at 5% and was unable to do so. Is there a limit on how many times you're able to revive your champs in an incursions run? I had the revive available it just didn't let me use it a 3rd time. Any ideas?

I looked back at the Kabam post about incursions and under the Pots/Revives portions I didn't seem to see anything about a revive limit.
