  Depends on the difficulty of the content. Harder content usually means fast responding more aggressive AI.

  I'm just talking in general.
  I used to consistently nail parries when the AI dashed forward but now I get clipped very often.

  I just played around with WS ROL a little bit and I noticed that he seemed normal most times but would get crazy fast randomly.
  I think it might be an issue of frames being skipped or something, because I honestly feel something is different.

  If you're dropping parries in ROL I'm pretty sure it's just you, I did literally over 200 fights in ROL over the past 4 days or so grinding out potions to do 100% LOL and didn't notice anything different

  You can say that.
  I am experiencing it too. Just noticed it in act 5. AI dash speed is faster than normal one

  No I don't have any video proof but I just kept missing parries and getting combo'ed into oblivion.

  I've seen this with heavies sometimes where their heavy is so fast you can't even dodge it
