When void’s debuffs convert to a fear of the void, does it class as a non-damaging debuff ending?
technically it’s his ability that causes the damage, not the debuffs?
If so, he can get some crazy furies for “tide into combat” plus the attack boost for fear of the void?

They are non-damaging debuffs, but if the text says when a non-damaging, debuff EXPIRES, they likely won't work. Intimidating presence debuffs are consumed when they are converted to Fear of the Void, so they don't expire. There are a few different examples of buffs/debuffs being consumed not behaving in the same way as buffs/debuffs that expire.
