    I don’t think it would be worth it if you’re trying to complete act 6 and stuff. He doesn’t have all the utilty without the sig ability so if that’s what you’re looking for then don’t rank him up. However I beleive his damage output is still very good unawakened and he still has his high block proficiency so if you just want him for high damage and the perfect parries, the go for it

    I wouldn’t take him up, he needs dupe and high sig for the majority of his utility and without it he doesn’t justify 3 t5b imo, maybe with a 1-2 gem he’s borderline though
