2016 Mutant Rank Up Gems - who to choose

I have 100% on Variants 3 and 4. I have two Mutant rank3 > rank4 gems for 2016 characters. I'm definitely planning to save/use one for Colossus as soon as I can get him awakened.
I can't decide on if I should use the other one on Old Man Logan (sig 20) or Iceman (unawakened). I know Iceman has some solid utility but I have other characters than can cover those roles as well if needed. OML seems like a lot of fun and is already awakened....could be useful for AQ? I haven't used him as much but seems like fun and both have decent synergies with my roster.
Any advice is appreciated. Also, I know Colossus could get a 2015 rank up gem when I get into Variant 2 next but I don't know if I can wait once I get him awakened.....Thanks in advance.

Other options are Magneto (sig 20), Storm unawakened, Beast (dupped), Cyclops Blue (undupped).
I don't see any of those being more worthy than OML.
