    If you have done the Epic rooms everyday till now. You should have just over 3000 intel, enough to get the Chronometer.

    Can search for Batman to Duel (scroll down and one of the Batman's has a lowly ThorRag as profile).

    But, yep as others were guessing, thought it was gonna be Civil Warrior as well (warrior is in description title). Although neither of them really use their shields as an offensive weapon like OG Cap actually does.
