Nebula shock bug

I have been using nebula for
A while now, And her main form of damage is from stacking shocks and placing them on the opponent via parry than launching a sp2 . That would convert her 20 shocks to 40 shocks, basically doubling the amount. Now after a place 20 shocks on the opponent than launch sp2 I see only 30 shocks. That is 10 shocks less than the amount you are supposed get. To me that seems like a bug

    Who were you fighting? Where?
    Could it be from some form of aar?

    Ability accuracy reduction does affect this. For example, it can be difficult to stack the full amount of Debuffs on Crossbones. This would result in seeing 30 shocks when you're expecting 40 shocks.

    So who were you fighting and what were the nodes?

    You are right. I was fighting warlock so it makes sense not to get the double shocks because warlock reduces ability accuracy
