This exodus is really hurting alliances.

In two years of running an alliance I have never had the issues I am now dealing with. People are just quitting the game. Yesterday three solid members informed me that they were done. It's like dominos falling. Luckily they are running AQ until I fill spots.
It seems I am not alone in this. We have had very little turn over in the past year but when we did need to fill a spot it didn't take but an hour or two to find several candidates. Now, the recruiting forum is flooded with high end alliances seeking replacements and global is a spam fest of recruiting for high end alliances. I have to assume it's due to people leaving the game.
Kabam you have to step up to stop this leak or the one thing that keeps a lot of us loyal is going to completely break down. If alliances can't stay full enough to function then the communities created in them will fall apart and more and more higher end people will move on.

I know four players who quit since his video dropped, one being my boyfriend who played since 2018. Guess it resonated more than some might dismiss
You can post concerns in that Thread just as easily as starting a new one, and it isn't helping anything to spam them.

Spamming to me means saying the exact same thing over and over again incessantly even when presented with other opinions or after having made yours. Seems pretty clear what you’re doing to me.
It's astonishing how many people looking for alliances don't want to play wars.
I haven't touched a war in well over a year and the game is far more enjoyable. I've even retired from doing AQ for now and just do content as and when I choose to, and not dictated to me by other people and their timelines.
I do much prefer AQ when it's with a well oiled group. But finding a group that wants to do AQ with none of the mods and other bull, and just to play the game at a chill pace is extremely rare.
I find my own enjoyment in the game based on what I am able to do within the constraints of Kabams limitations, and without the stress and politics of a large group of people all trying to cohesively work together without differing ideals on what they want for their own progression.
TL;DR Make your own fun with the limitations that Kabam have put in the game.

BUT! It is the inability to dupe 5s and 6s to help maintain steady champ growth using the gold and iso they drop that has resulted in Gold and iso shortages and burn out beyond belief!!! Which, for the record, I predicted would be the state of the game all the way back when they dumped the entire mcoc champ roster into the 5 star crystals...now here we are just as i warned!
And it is time to reduce the number of shards to build one so we have more than 2 or three opportunities to dupe one a month. Currently i open 2 sometimes (when lucky) 3...and with the total undupabilty of 5s that ain't enough!
And this leads to massive numbers of quitting! Level 10 and 12 players with 5s they cant even take past max level 1! Why does a level 10 summoner even have a 5 star? So they can break their back on this wheel?? Kid hasn't played in 3 years! I know cause i duel his lil antman all the time.
