    He has some good synergies, with Hulk, Black Order champs, and Heimdall to name a few. But he's mid-tier within the skill class, mostly held back imo by the damage cap on his SP3. But if you have him awakened w high sig level then he gets interesting/formidable. So if you have enough of those factors in place (awakened+sig, synergies, no better skill class options) then he's prob worth r4.
