Champions are not or taking a while to bait special attacks

Yeah hi I'm here to report a bug, I've noticed while playing that characters are not baiting specials like they normally would I have noticed this a couple months ago during the Storm and Sorcerer Supreme update this happens while questing during the event and story mode. I have had to reviv up so many times due to this and it's getting annoying. Fix this kabam I will not spend anymore money on your game.
