    Just a question should I immediately r5 havok after 100% act 5 or start saving for domino tough choice being their both some of the best mutants

    I think Domino is better than Havok in general, but a good case can be made for Havok and some of his niche use cases. Havoks awakening, relying on building plasma, is also more important than Dominos.
