Who to rank out of my mediocre skill champs?

Three out of four of my five stars are skill, and i have just come into enough t4 ccs to rank one, unsure of which is best.

Squirrel girl isnt mediocre IMO...she isn't the best champ but her burst damage will surely help someone who has just 4 5* champs and is probably at act 4 or early act 5 level
