I observed that before Mr fantastic arena in basic the doctor doom is came this both the champs are released in single month so the massacre is released with domino so the next champ is domino in basic or not

No, that’s not how it works, new champs come in about 6 months later like mr fantastic, but older champs have no schedule and it’s not based off their release
