Time I would say 7-8 hours of continuous non stop play if you have the right counters without the right counters much longer. I’ve never really tried to clear everything in 1 shot content.

I used archangel for that adaptiod, melts him down. The xl champs could work if you play careful and have some revives

For hyperion, the method is just waiting to get to a special 3 via power gain. Rinse and repeat
