Should the skirmish rewards glitch be considered a exploit?

As many of you know, some players are getting a MASSIVE amount of gold over the alliance wars skirmish rewards and then not being allowed in arena and other bugs, should players who take this gold be banned for a short period of time, or the gold just be taken away?

    They're going to take it away, then give part of it back though if you didn't have a lot of gold before that and used to much you get nothing and they likely might do other things to.

    There's also a chance they may do other things especially if excessively donate it all to alliance treasury or something else.

    It's not an exploit because it wasn't exploitable. People fought Wars and claimed their Rewards once. It wasn't possible to keep claiming it, or keep running the War to farm Gold. It was regular gameplay. It was a glitch, and it is being addressed.

    And because it was kabams fault some people couldn't do arena and other bugs, they should leave a little extra gold for the players and put like 20% of what's left in there alliances treasury.
