AQ improvements/shortened time or number of days

Can you please consider shortening the length of aq? 5 days is way too taxing! Ive been playing this game for over 5 years and I love it but its getting to be a bit much. I'd much rather play a tougher AQ 3 to 4 day for more points than the way it is currently operated. I have lost many good friends becuz the game interferes with real life. Girlfriends/wives get upset at amount spent playing this game and gamers get burned out with the constant grind. I'm guessing some of these developers are either single or dont play their own game. Any change to the current format is appreciated, whether it be a continual clock/play til you're completely done with the event, less days, or same amount of days with maps ending in an 8-12 hour period no more 24hr phases. PLEASE, help alliances from losing good gamers and friends. Also, is there anyway to divide the rewards for AQ/AW based on individual efforts?

we are not content to only play map 3 and get lower rewards when we have a busy schedule.
when that is what the devs intend us to do.
if we are busy and get stressed from map 6 then we should be playing a lower map.
we instead want the high rewards from the higher maps and then complain that it is too much stress and invovlment.
we need to change our own views and the way that we see the issue.
higher maps come with higher rewards but with the trade off of higher time commitment.
we are meant to choose the right balance of time for rewards that suits us.
the problem is with our desire to get the juicy rewards.
if 5 days of AQ is too much it is also your option to play only 3 days if thats what you want.
play 3 days of map 7 if you want.
you could play a day, miss a day, play a day, miss a day, or play 3 days together.
there is no requirement to play AQ for the whole 5 days it is up except for our desire to collect the rewards.
Let me interject a marvel quote here: with great power, comes great responsibilities. Its not about pushing for the better rewards that drives our alliance members to devote themselves. Its about the brotherhood between teammates and being there and available for each other when needed and it's my belief that kabam either directly or indirectly takes advantages of and capitalizes on these friendships and loyalties.
As someone said you don’t have to play all 5 days. If you want to play less days than the alliance does you are in the WRONG ALLIANCE.
Individual rewards are a horrible idea. This would tear every alliance apart. It would lead to sabotage among teammates for the purpose of getting more rewards for oneself. People stealing nodes for higher points, people who can’t get on first thing are immediately at a disadvantage.
If people aren’t pulling their weight you need to CUT THEM. Everyone in the ally should ideally be the same skill level, activity level, and time zone.
The problem with aq and aw are the one hour timers. They won’t do away with this because if you could do it all in one go you’d just need one 1hr boost. Aq/aw are competitive and that means you boost up so you don’t let the team down and get those good rewards. A happy medium would be a fight limit boost that lasts for 3-5 fights instead of time. Kabam could remove the energy timer (aka. Biggest stress factor) completely and still sell their boosts.
