What is the buff going to be?

As we all know a buff for Magneto is coming and I may be over looking this but it said Magneto will finally be worth his name so would that mean he is going to be buffed from a terrible champion to a great or average and what would the buff be? i expect him to completely dominate robot and metal champs, i mean wipe the floor, his house, car, w.e he wants with them.
