Offensive flow tactic doesn’t solve the main issue with flow!!!!

The offense tactic requires hitting defender with a heavy, which is difficult in stun immune. You can still stop their power gain with a well timed stun, but you can’t use the offense tactic.

I assume that it would seeing as it activates on misses, evades and dodges and the description for dexterity is “while dodging backwards”. How kabam haven’t made this crystal clear is ridiculous.

They haven't made anything clear about the node. It's ridiculous. Does it stack? That's another important question. Even if it doesn't, with dex activating the node, I don't know how to fight Doom. Other than using a pure shock immune. On certain nodes that is.

They fact that it’s not stated leads me to believe that it does included dexterity. Why would kabam feel the need to specifically say includes dexterity when they’ve said activates on a dodge and dexterity is a dodge?
