Doom V. Proxima

While fighting Proxima with my doom she was holding block and I sp3’d I thought the passive stun would trigger and I would be fine. Then do to her ability accuracy reduction while holding block it didn’t trigger and she continued to bash me into oblivion. So here’s the dilemma, is holding block before going into an sp3 animation still count as holding block?

If so, then that's good news for Civil Warrior. He reduces Special Attack damage when holding block.

She didn't have you in Assassin's range, did she?

I think it does.

Take Ghost for example, with the Hood synergy, she doesn't take any damage while Phasing, but since Phasing ends if you block a hit, Ghost will take damage from a Special 3 if she is in a blocking stance when the attack is activated, showing that holding block before the animation counts.

Finally a use for Civil Warrior beside AQ and AW def
