    Same here. Loki's buff steal would be awesome if he doesn't hit like a wet noodle. I think his sp2 should also do something other than just spray ice. Maybe place a coldsnap.
    On second thought I think it should launch projectiles, some of which aren't real just like boss Thanos 2 years ago. He's a master of illusions and deception after all
