Still no 1* champs?

Exactly what the titles asks. When are we getting free 1* champs in the same fashion we receive 2, 3 and 4* champs for free?

    New players progress really fast these days so most of them didn't get many 1* champions.
    Personally I got most of my 2* champions much later in the game when I had no more need of them

    Got several but never a 1* Hulk that is needed to complete V4.

    That's lucky. One of my ally mates is 3000 units deep and still hasn't received a 1* Hulk. I'm free to play, won't even attempt buying a crystal has clearly been designed to shaft players.

    i spinned 3 and got 2* only
