According to the update it should cap at 1. Instead it’s released with 2 indestructibles in game.
I hope this is not intended ...

    I can confirm for expert map is currently showing Stubborn 2, which gives them 2 indestructible, not 1 like it was announced for challenger and expert maps

    i wouldn't worry about stubborn, you'll never see it in the season anyway, even the stubborn fights i had it made 0 difference
