Should I bring up my unduped Angela 6* to R2 or R5 my max sig Ægon 5*?

I thought Ægon was a no brainer, but then someone told me that Angela should be the more obvious choice because it would be a R2 6*, but it is a huge resources commitment. She is my best 6* atm.
