A.I. 1% health BUG back?

I would like to start off by saying I will call out any bug, regardless if it is in Kabam's or the players favor.
Example, when Venom got reworked there was a double synergy that gave us the player's an advantage.
I posted it and Kabam fixed it shortly after. I got blasted by a lot of people in the forum.
Honestly, I was ok with that. It's not because I am a brown nosing Kabam groupie looking for special treatment...cough,cough.
It's because I believe good or bad ALL BUGS should be addressed in a timely fashion.
Despite what some, cough...cough players have said, the 1% A.I. was very really. And since this latest update I have been experiencing it VERY frequently.
