Sasquatch ambush % chance?

Just curious what the actual % chance of getting an ambush are?
It seems to be all over the place ..

1 moment, I get 4 or 5 ambushes in a row ..
then I'll get 10-20 with none ...

what is the actual % rate of getting an ambush ?
And better question: is it different based on difficulty?

So far, in my "testing" .. it seems there's a MUCH higher chance of seeing him in Canadian difficulty than in Heroic ..

    I’d also be very curious to know, did 100% canadian epic and master, still had to be all but one path in heroic before I got a third ambush.

    My numbers agree with this for Canadian difficulty ...

    for Heroic .. so far .. I'm witnessing something more like 5% ... and that's generous .. I've made dozens of runs .. gotten like 1 ambush there so far .. :)
    (small sample set .. I know . but hey . )

    100% both quests in Canadian difficulty so far and have only been ambushed once in that difficulty. Ended up getting the ambushes in master/epic for the objectives.

    I have the following: for the first week:
    Canadian: 100%
    Epic: 100%
    Master: 47%
    Heroic:100%

    I have only run into him twice and only completing these lower teirs because I can't get him to show up a 3rd time for the oot n' aboot task >_<

    I was thinking the same thing. I completed Canadian and Epic and didnt get 1 at all. I went to Master, got 1 and went to Heroic and got the other 2. Yesterday I had 4 or 5 in Canadian level, so it is all over the place.

    I got ambush 5 times in there, trying to complete week 2, and he wasn't showing up in the friendly paths at all. He kept showing up on that disk and caltrops paths (as if using 4 stars wasn't fair enough)
    When ever I saw him after beating the first two defenders:

    I got ambushed 6 times on the same path. Kept exiting out. When I decided to just DO the fight and took a counter, didn’t show.

    This was Canadian difficultly BTW
