  Any champ who can put more than 3 buff..ht is best.. Blade with synergy.. Void, capiw with any tech / cosmic / science champ.. There are few threads already going on.. You will find tons of counter for the path

  Those are passive effects, not debuffs. You can't use nova flame on the Diss Track node

  Debuffs. The word you are looking for is debuffs. This is why most people aren't ready for Cavalier difficulty.
