Why are Act 5.3 Gate Keys locked after Exploration?

Simple, I tried to go back thru Act 5.3 to test some champs & have fun. Fully explored 100% long time ago & the colored keys don't show up anymore. Yet it still won't move to the next tile where the keys were before. (SheHulk) Is this a bug or always been this way? Thanks

    Been that way. Put in support ticket in game and they’ll give you some.

    Doesn’t seems like a bug. It’s more likely the game team, didn’t have a prediction, for that rare chance, of players rerunning the explored content. Probably this how it’s designed to work.
