All buffs that are stolen are the exact same potency and duration. Also maybe some additional damage per buff on Loki/buff stolen. Instant great champion.

    FYI I am aware Loki can be good in specific scenarios but come on. We all know he could be much better

    I belive he already has same potency. At least he did, you can search 3* or 4* Loki solo 5.6.6 ultron. The only thing they should change imo is sp2 100k damage cap should not be the same for 3* and 6*

    He does have the exact same potency of the buff though having the same duration certainly would be nice.
