Name one most overrated and one most underrated champ

Underrated: Dormammu?
Everyone talks about Magik being the best power control champ but it's honestly Dormammu. All you have to do is do MM combos and most opponents won't even hit SP1 before you lock them with SP2.
Magik IS the best power control champ. once you get to SP2 you basically render the opponent useless. They will not gain power. They will be at the wall all the time. You basically just won the game. Looks like you don't know how to use backdraft intercept. Understandable.

What MM? Dormammu hits like a wet noodle and SP2 doesn't even guarantee a power drain. and you MM? Well good for you sir

Sp2 is a power drain if you are imbued. You get imbued by doing a few MM combos

Damage is good in bursts but has slow ramp up which hinders his DPS. Has ok utility but pretty much all of it aside from his incinerate immunity is pretty niche. I think I used mine once in all of 100% of act 6

Overrated: Sym Supreme.
I just find he relies heavily on long fights and buffs on opponents. He is great for certain fights, but just too situational to be useful imo.

Underrated: Doctor Voodoo
Don't know if he counts as he is considered good I think. He is just so fun and his spirit venom and power drain are both really good. I just really like to play as him. Sad I only have him at 4*

Ghost also need at least wasp. I know many people say, she is playable without wasp. But without wasp and with wasp there is a big difference. Without wasp, landing critical special not that easy. Without wasp she need to take block damage which is very bad for her.

Overrated I'd say magik just because there are champs with power drain and more utility than her
Underrated maybe civil warrior
I realize this is opinion but are you serious? Magik also powerlocks and regens damage taken while under limbo...Not to mention her devastating special 3 when you are against a buff heavy champ. If you are running Mystic Dispersion even only at level 3 she is, for my money, the top power control champ in the game...with maybe Doom coming up close behind.

All of that aside, Hawkeye is underrated quite a bit... his power drain is nice and his bleeds give him utility. Id say Quake is overrated. She requires a special set of skills that not everyone possesses and if you can't master the timing, she gets bashed pretty easily.

Quake is not at all overrated.

Overrated: Hawkeye
I find that his power drain isn’t helpful, and the fact that his sig is only useful once per fight makes him pretty overrated in my opinion.
Underrated: Symbiote Spidey
He had an 80 second armor break, and my 1/25 5 star can hit 9k crits on his sp2 with the stealth spidey synergy.

There’s so many ways to play ghost without wasp. I almost never bring wasp to help with my ghost because I lack the 5 star wasp. In my opinion, the easiest way to play ghost without synergies is to idle after you finish you combo, and when the opponent throws a medium, light, or heavy attack, dash back and then use your sp2.

As for Hawkeye, I think that all decent power drain champs are regarded highly.
everyone thinks hawkeye is super good or something though. Every time there is one of these threads, there is someone that says that hawkeye is sooo underrated and is a great champ.
No he isn't. He has half decent power drain and some bleed. Thats it. No one is using hawkeye in anything above 5.2 unless they don't have better options

He was essential for me in V1

He is good but not that good as he is considered. Content Creators tend to overestimate prestige champs and people just follow the trend.
Underrated - Ultron
He is more useful than people think. Biggest health pool in the game plus great energy resistance and armor. He can clear annoying quest lanes itemless. A great workhorse.

Underrated is Vision Aarkus. Cancels all evade, shuts down robots, hits very hard once you armor shatter and sp3. He's legit
