We all know Nick fury has very good bleed damage even without his awakening abilitiy he has very good bleed not insane but good without awakening abilitiy.
So the problem with unawakened Nick is you cannot access his utility means stopping champions from evade, avoid missing attacks and becoming unblockable because his tactical charges cannot be permanent unless he have fury on himself.
Well there is a synergy of heimdall with hela/Angela that gives permanent fury which is one of the best synergies in game. With this synergy fury will get access to all his utility and with deep wounds even without awakening he have good bleed damage.
