Someone in my alliance found you could glitch into the AQ that got shut down and have been exploring.

Only works if you already joined before it got shut down.

This would explain why your champs are locked.

Yup, we completed it anyway. No extra stuff for doing it, but since champ's were locked anyway, fastest way to get them out of AQ limbo prison. Use the battlegroup chat and continue. Oh well.
