Any word about Android Oreo 8.0.0 update issue? [Fix in for Next Update]

    I got this issue on the phone that kabam gave me the Google Nexus 5x because I downloaded the Android 8.0 update aka Android Oreo. Im not able to login to the game and that is extremely frustrating because I was grinding arena and doing AQ and now I cant. I hope kabam is working on fixing this issue.

    Well, yeah. I believe google wants to push it, because of major security updates. But i had notification on phone for around 3 weeks.

    No way to get back to the older OS but I have confirmed that Kabam has had the code for the new Oreo OS for a couple months now. On hold now to talk to an app specialist and see if there's anything he or she can do

    Just have to file a complaint through Google play to push them to push Kabam. And the guy said the more people do it, the more they're going to press Kabam

    You have to go to the app in the app store go down to the bottom and flag the developer. They choose other and submit. It will allow u to write something

    I would not have made such a stink about this if I didn't know that they already had info and code for the updated OS for phones months in advance and are just screwing tons of people over. There's no excuse for this. Especially when they're not offering any insight into why or when we'll be seeing a fix.

    I agree with you, man. It's ridiculous that the game works on my old Android 4.4.4 OS but not a brand new OS that's better.

    Lol you're not getting any compensation. Honestly you will be lucky if they even fix it at all before the game ends.

    They are incapable of fixing anything y'all may as well find a new game to play. Preferably one that doesn't treat their players like ****.

    Same here ON nexus 6p. I'm so pissed wright now. I'll missed my free Venom caracter because I can't log in for couple of days and so much more. I text my leader not to kick me out from Aliance due to this Oreo problem. Guys If you do not compensate this period...UNINSTALL.

    Luckily my alliance was understanding of this situation. But it couldn't go on forever. So I found a fix. Carry 2 phones with me so I can still play. Ridiculous yes, but what else can I do since we still don't know an eta on a fix for this issue.

    Sigh. Please Kabam, some kind of compensation. At LEAST the daily rewards we're missing as a result of this issue.

    In my years of playing I've always seen kabam compensate for people not being able to login. Hopefully this falls in that category, I don't see why it wouldn't... If they had a fix, they would fix it. Probably more complicated that a few 0's and 1's guys. Remember, it wasn't their GAME that messed up. It was an operating system that they have to accommodate.

    Wish I'd looked on the forum before I updated. Stuck without the game for 2 days now. Kabam takes the piss. Worst bit is a gotta watch the wife play on her phone and I can't play on mine!!!

    What are you talking about mate? Operating system messed up? How? That google gave kabam code for new update motnths before release? Kabam knew about this update moths ago....
