I got Terrax and my alliance is gold 3 - silver1 if I take him as my 2nd R4 is that a good choice for me?

    Prestige is mainly used for getting more points in AQ
    The higher up your prestige the more points you get

    prestige doesn't affect aw afaik. I definitely would not take him to r4. I'm sure you have better options

    Prestige is only relevant for alliances that do all map6 or 7 in AQ.

    Also Terrax is simply not worth ranking up.

    Prestige does nothing outside of AQ, and is technically irrelevant if you're not a hardcore AQ player.
