War win awarded 3 places advancement

We just won the last war, but it only moved us from place 88 in gold 1 to 85. Usually a win moves us 100+ places on the season leaderboard.

Anyone else having the same isue?

    No, but you’re probably starting to get close in rankings to alliances in higher tiers with higher multipliers.

    A loss for higher tier alliances will still give comparable points to a win for the tier or two below, making it harder for you to climb the ranks until you get to higher tiers.

    For instance war before this one we won and lost ten ranks. Because we were tier 4, a win gave us about the same number of points a loss in tier 3 does, and most alliances around us were tier 3.

    tl;dr: it’s not just about your results, if more alliances have more points than you for one reason or another you won’t climb the ranks.
