New 5star Rank up Deal advertising false

The notification says fully rank up a 5star now. The deal only allows you to rank up from 1-4. What gives with the misdirection?

They've always been misleading. Whenever there's a new crystal, it's something like, "Win this champ, now!" What it really means is, "Buy this crystal for $20 and have a small chance to get this champ!" Just ignore em.

Win this champ now at least has the possibility of being true. Saying win implies the idea of chance. This deal specifically says fully rank up a 5star which no one buying this offer would be able to do from the offer. It’s directly misleading.

Fix your deal Kabam.

This is pretty hot on the heels of the last false pop-up notification about the 6* nexus crystal a few days ago.

It’s just ridiculous. How many people would see that pop up notification and then run and buy only to have the harsh reality of “Where is my 4-5 gem?

I agree with "look before you buy"...but seriously, Kabam's marketing department has to get their s**t together....2 false notifications in one week.

marketing. catchy tag line to lure you in and hopefully you get a few people to buy on impulse which will happen. but i agree ... reading the notification most definitely infers that you can rank up a 5* champ fully and going to rank 4 is not fully.
