I know everyone's complaining about war but I feel like beating this drum again. The Doctor Strange character is just trash now. Of all the nerfs what was done to him was the worst. How did Marvel allow this to happen - not even a year after the movie was released? Every time I go to use him I'm disgusted. The immediate change after the huge backlash was not enough. I keep waiting for Kabam to right this great injustice but time marches on and he's still terrible. He should not be weaker than Doctor Voodoo! Seriously?
Who else would like to see Strange restored to (at least partial) glory? Who's with me?

So funny, I couldn't pull him when he was good but grabbed him twice in arenas when he was a basic recently. Since then I've got him 3 times. So yeah I agree.
Take Thor as an example, I got him a week before 12.0 and awakened him much later so to me he's great now, to others that had him before 12.0 he's trash

Every 45 seconds, Dr strange rewinds any detrimental affects that happened in the last 5-10 seconds (depending on the Sig lvl), He reverses any health loss and tenacitys any debuffs that were put on him in the last 5-10 seconds
What do you think? If you watched "Dr Strange", you know that he used the eye of Agamotto to put Dormammu in a time loop to trap him.
P.S: KABAM COULD YOU PLEASE GIVE DR STRANGE THE COOL BLOCK MORDO AND DORMAMMU GET, CREATING A BIG CIRCULAR SHIELD? HE USES THAT IN THE MOVIE, SO WHY DOES HE ONLY USE HIS HANDS TO BLOCK IN THE GAME?
His power gain is worse than everyone in the game as he doesn't gain power from hitting or being hit. His regen is terrible. There's nothing redeeming about his current state.
What they did with him was, unfortunately, classic Kabam: milked him for money through his movie, claimed retroactively that he was unintentionally too powerful and then neutered him to the point of near uselessness.

I mean they intentionally sold crystals and held special Dr. Strange events, touted the bundles they sold as a way to get one of the most powerful champs the contest has. Once they made their money off of him, they realized they made a mistake and said hey... we gotta fix Dr. Strange.

To me, this remains a huge lie that Kabam told us. It was promised that the so-called god tier champs would remain top champs, albeit closer to the pack. This promise has never never been fulfilled with Strange. They made good on Thor after the boycott. I would argue that they haven't made good on SW, but at least it's debatable. But it was a flat out lie with regard to Strange and BW.
I agree. He doesn't have to be a god. Just make him better than worthless. Improved life steal would be nice but heck increase ANYTHING - damage output, power gain, armor - ANYTHING! He's a swiss army knife of trash. He does NOTHING well. I took him to the last day of AQ just for nostalgia and he died on the first node thereby inspiring this thread.
It's just such a shame. He used to be so much fun to play. His power levels were in line with his status in the Marvel Universe. Now when you play him instead of focusing on fighting you're focused on "how long can I keep this dude alive?"
That's a lot of looking. Looking is like trying, it's not really an act you can measure. In this case they are doing neither.
With 5 stars and 6 stars coming why waste time fixing a 4*?
