Medusa Karnak Synergy

This is a noob question, so I apologize.

I am trying the Show up, but the synergy with Medusa and Karnak isn't working. I only have Karnak as a 3* and Medusa is 4*. Is taht why?

    it should work. the armor break applies on the second hit

    Only applies on heavy attack and if you convert them breaks into shatters it will remove the permanent armor break

    It's applying an armor break, but not permanent ones as the synergy note suggests.

    Nope. I am parrying his first attack and throwing a heavy. 2 armor breaks happen, but they aren't permanent.

    that can't be right, because the armor break triggers on the second hit, so there should only be one

    Thank you anyway.. I was looking for the the arches on the top and bottom, not just a solid circle. LOL... silly me.
