My guess:
Completion:
20k 5* shards
20x 5* generic sig stones
5x 6* sig stone crystals
5% T5CC
half a T5B
2 T2A
(+ small amounts of gold and iso)

Exploration:
3k 6* shards
5* nexus
10x 6* sig stone crystals
T5B
2T2A
(+some gold and iso)

I tried to be as accurate as possible.

    Way too little 6 star shards @lowlevelplayer

    That's 500 more than the Uncollected rewards which came out like 2 years ago

    Should be 7.5k 6 star shards at least.

    Exactly. Speculation leads to a lot of incredibly high expectations. This thread shows that. Very first comment is 20k 5* shards, T5CC and 2 full T2A just for initial exploration. If this is their real expectations, they are setting themselves up for disaster.

    I'd be surprised if it was more than double of the current UC rewards. Side quests also give decent rewards as well so I wouldn't expect anything huge.

    I’m not particularly fussed about the shards to be honest, they’re rolling in thick and fast elsewhere. My biggest concern is that we get a sizeable amount of T5CC

    I would say that's slightly off. Completion gives the same amount of 5 star shards as a labyrinth first run?
    labyrinth is very outdated

    Don't think so just yet. I think they'll make their first appearance in Book 2.

    I’m not gonna guess on the t5cc but I think lvernon is on the right track with the 6 star shards as for exploring uncollected and master gives you just over 10k 5 star shards. I would think cavalier and uncollected should do the same for 6 star shards when it comes to exploring both

    My guess is that there will be rewards. And in those rewards some will be happy with them, and others will complain that it's not enough, or too hard for the rewards they get.

    Come back in a couple of weeks when its announced to see how right I am.
