All champs in PHC as 2*

With all these new champions available (sort of) as 2*, would it be possible to add them all to the PHC rotation so we can max sig them also? Keep the drop rates the same, just make it so we can take the various 2* champs we get from events to high sig outside of the current stones only option.

As someone playing almost the whole time, every 2* pulled from the PHC is a max sig crystal from pulling scarlet witch or iron man. Which is okay, but since i've added various newer champs over the years like the champion or dr doom, maybe they could get thrown in for something new every once in a while.

They should make featured phcs.
