Omega Red is great but he need suicides to be god tier. Domino doesn't need anything...she benefits from Rulk and Massacre synergies but does not have to have them.
At least until ProfX and Apocalypse come out, I say Domino holds the tops spot...

Not sure why you keep saying no utility...she can shrug off bleeds, cause abilities to fail and has one of the top synergies in the game that takes her from god tier to beyond god tier.
Just because she’s not immune to anything doesn’t mean she has no utility. The fact that she’s so OP without any immunities shows how amazing she is
Even though I still believe Omega Red is the top mutant, but you must need to run Full Suicide Masteries in conjunction with OR. But I love Domino! she is my Top and only God tier 6 star. I love all the versatility she brings to the table. I use her in AW up to Tier 4 almost all the time, her amazing block proficiency deals quite nicely with the Stubborn global node. Also all her passive bonuses Lucky and Unlucky for the opponents are amazing. I have taken her up against The Champion in AW, and guess what? The Champion (duped) didn't proc Unstoppable NOT ONCE. Also against Hyperion, she was able to powered thru big time. She is a mutant, so she is great against Elsa with suicide (no degen). So yeah she brings alot to the table. She crits for me quite often, and she is one of the few who i seem able to crit versus Doom Boss.

In my opinion, Archangel is the best if you are fighting someone without bleed or poison immunity. The neurotoxin damage is ridiculous. For those that are immune I'd say colossus.
