My Predictions For Summoner Showdown Week 2

After thinking about the node combos on here, I have come to the conclusion that I think Torch will be the best option.

He could get 12% more damage on novas every time the 50% chance for incinerate triggers. Or if you use incinerates by themselves(no prefight), plus despair, you could lower her regen rate by 120% for the 6 incinerates that are usually on the opponent, plus 60 with maxed despair. So she will begin killing herself at .8% health per second.
Of course nick could work too.

    Her node says regen and 0 damage to incinerate effects. We’ll see if that includes torch’s flame on passives or not.

    Nova Flames aren't incinerates.

    If Flame on isn’t included in the qualifications for the node to trigger than he’s going to destroy cmm.

    Novas are described as passives that have incinerate effects. So they bypass immunity but still act like incinerates. Anyways, we’ll find out in a few days.

    I think Nick will be great, but if you can maintain 6 incinerates, which someone will most likely be able to do at least once, then you’re dealing 11,830.016 damage per second as her max health is 1,478,752. Which will be more than a 4* Nick can get on a bleed.

    Zero damage isn’t quite what the node says, it says -100% damage. regular incinerates should put in work once he starts stacking +% from smolders and incinerates.

    Also, not including the damage Torch deals through basic attack and the incinerate damage that he will hey based off of how many smolders he has, it would take him 125 seconds or just over 2 minutes to KO if he stays at exactly 6 incinerates. So if you place anymore than that, it will be less time, not to mention the basic hits and incinerate damage will surely cause it to take even less time.

    Have you seen torch fights where he gets smolders easily? In case you haven’t I’ll give you a little idea what happens in those fights. He absolutely obliterates them. This is gonna be a fight where torch has a 50% chance to gain one every time he touches her.

    Keep in mind all of the incinerates are energy so CMM will be in Binary for most of the fight. You’ll have to watch out for her L2.

    Well.. each tick of energy damage (eg Shock, Incinerate and MAYBE Nova flames) gives CMM 2 charges.

    So if nova flame counts, you’re gonna be facing her being indestructible 90% of the time.

    It’s not about the best counter. It’s about the fastest *possible* takedown. I have no doubt Nick will be the most reliable.

    remember when people said sasquatch for surfer? and how the leaderboard ended up full medusa instead? sassy could probably have done more damage faster, but medusa could reliably solo
