Can't enter in summoners show up chapter 2

Hi I have completed the chapter 1 which is silver surfer now and claimed 3k 5* shards but now I have to go for chapter 2 it says complete chapter 1 I already completed so why I have to go back again attached pictures for your info @Kabam Miike
