White Magneto Cruelty Buff not properly pausing existing prowess buffs

Testing out my White Magneto and after every special 3 the prowess buffs will pause for a short time but start to drop off well before the cruelty buff ends

    And his pre fight parry is bugged, just doesn't work

    Also the prowess gained on striking or recieving hits is way less than what's mentioned in his abilities . At 10 persistent charges he has a 50% chance per hit to gain a prowess , but I went 20 hits without gaining one.
