When buff dropped initially magnetos aar would prevent the tech charges from building roughly 70% of the time. Now the charges build normally and he never prevents them from building to ten and stealing his power...essentially making him worthless for metal champ in AoL. Is this a bug?

    Tech champs in AoL are immune to aar unless under the effect of an armor break.

    So if you S2 first and then keep refreshing the armor break with heavies, would you be able to get to S3 and play as normal?

    Not all tech champs. It is only IMIW, ghost and DH
