I have completed all mission quests. But Dont come on Platinum Jones' Key selector on game screen. Please can you help me?.

Yes I have claimed it. At now I have restarted the game twice. Platinum Jones' Key selector screen came on.

I click the “fight” button and it pops up on that screen for me
