anybody else feel quake bugged in war?

fought NC on rage node tier4 stubborn and he was only getting like 1.5k ticks when he would go on stun after aftershock
and then doom on rage node on boss tier wasn't even showing any damage even though he was going down bit by bit.

my Quake is r5 so 1.5k ticks just don't seem like right. and doom didn't even show any DOT damage on him.

unfortunately i didn't record so if someone noticed this and have recorded plz try to link here

it's rage, so 2.5% of his health is the max you can do

rage caps at 2.5% damage from all sources. safe guard does not. This is not a bug.
